What happens
At midnight the flag is raised in Plaza de la Constitución and the whole city starts drumming. Through the next day around 150 companies, including more than 100 children’s groups, parade until the flag comes down at the following midnight. Gastronomic societies host long dinners.

From midnight on 19 January to midnight on 20 January (San Sebastián’s day).
